What does this mean? 
Well...perhaps it might help if I can put it this way,
Many of us feel a holiday is the answer to our stress frustrations or sorrows. 

As a mindful teacher,  I work like your personal tour guide. I know a multitude of routes to discover in order for you to feel  refreshed or restored. 
You decide on the duration of your journey,
and how many stops along the way,

 Using my skills and experience I am passionate about helping you discover or recover the best version of yourself. This is what I describe as

'empowering your wellness.'

Mental wellbeing is essential to living happy and healthy lives, and can help us sleep better, feel better,  achieve things we want to do and have more positive relationships. It can also equip us to deal with difficult times in the future.

Physical Health

Physical health is undoubtedly an important aspect of wellbeing.
Having attained 3rd Dan in Shotokan Karate. Completed London and New York Marathons and triathlons and currently train in the traditional art of Iaido. (Japanese samurai sword).  I appreciate first hand  how balanced work, rest and plays has a huge impact upon our wellbeing.

Zoe is a gifted and passionate teacher who offers on-line and person to person classes to suit all abilities.

Emotional Balance

We are all highly emotional beings. Emotions are how we genuinely feel about things. We all experience  pleasant and unpleasant feelings in our lives. Emotional balance is about trying to get that balance right.
